Building Future Leaders In The Aviation Industry

About Us

Between 1942 and 1945, the U.S. Army Air Corps trained 996 Tuskegee Airmen. Founded in 2016, the goal of RTSF/RTFA is to train a minimum of 997 African American pilots and 300 African American Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technicians.

An aviation career is a gateway to the world. The aviation industry will create opportunities in under-resourced communities and effect positive change that will impact generations to come. At RTFA we focus on four main pillars to prepare our scholars for success: Fly, Maintain, Lead, and Mentor. With your help, RTSF can achieve our goals and ensure that the Tuskegee Airmen are not just an important piece of our history, but an integral part of our future.

Inspired from the Tuskegee Airmen.
