Marquaus Carter is an undergraduate student at Embry Riddle University. In Spring 2019, he became a recipient of the Red Tails Scholarship Foundation, where they immediately helped him advance his education in the aviation field. Currently, Marquaus is part of Flight Operations for the scholarship program, which includes, working with maintenance, flight instructors, and other fellow scholars to maintain the needs of the program.

Marquaus Carter earned his Private Pilot’s License and is now currently in the process of finishing his instrument rating. In the future, he  looks to become a Certified Flight Instructor for the scholarship. 

Marquaus believes it’s very important to enlighten the youth and keep the Tuskegee Airmen’s legacy strong.
