Hey! My name is Justin McKenzie and I am from Montgomery, Alabama. I am currently 21 and still living in Montgomery. I consider Redtail Flight Academy to be my “school” as I am working on my private license right now. As a kid, I always wanted to fly the fast jets and went to aviation camps and even got a chance to see the cockpit on a trip to California to see family. for a while I thought being a pilot was an out of reach goal until a family member approached me with this once in a lifetime offer. I work as a lab courier outside of aviation school and plan to become a commercial airline pilot. Being in the Red Tail Flight Academy has taught me much more than being a pilot. It has taught me much needed motor skills and gives me a chance to see how beautiful our world is from the clouds!
