Hi, my name is Daishanae (Daisy) Christian. I was born in Kissimmee, FL., and now live in Tuskegee, AL, I am 17 years old and currently working on my Private Pilot’s License. I am a full-time time high school student at Booker T. Washington HS and dually enrolled in Tuskegee University. 

My goal is to show people that black girls can be whatever they put their minds to. I want to put my race aside and put effort into something I am passionate about. This career path kind of just fell into my lap, but I would not take any of this for granted. In the end, I want to earn my Airline Transport Pilot license and fly planes for international airlines. Not only do I want to fly and see the world, but I want to inspire teenagers like me who think that their dreams are invalid due to their race, gender, or size. No matter how much is on my shoulders, I’m prepared to take it all and earn my wings.
